How to get involved...

For individuals

The UMRLAC and its Upper Merrimack Monitoring Program are always interested in speaking with individuals who are interested in becoming committee members and participating in programs, projects, and other activities. If you are a resident or business in Boscawen, Bow, Canterbury, Concord, Franklin, or Northfield and are interested in becoming a representative, please contact Michele L. Tremblay at UMRLAC@MerrimackRiver.org or call 603.796.2615. Please click here for the nomination form that you and your city or town completes and submits to the NH Department of Environmental Services.

For organizations

Groups and organizations who are interested in the upper Merrimack River and its watershed are invited to contact us about how they can become involved including particpating in the Adopt-a-River Site Program. Organizations and other groups also volunteer for activities or request one of our speakers for their next event.
